Manage your TableYeah subscription, billing information, and invoices.
Subscription Plans
TableYeah offers simple, transparent pricing:
Standard Plan
- $49/month base (first location)
- $29/month per additional location
- All features included
- No per-cover fees
- Unlimited reservations

Managing Your Subscription
Starting Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Start Free Trial or Subscribe
Enter your payment information
Your subscription is now active
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save changes
Viewing Invoices
All invoices are available in the billing section:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Scroll to Invoice History
- Click any invoice to view or download
Adding Locations
For multi-location restaurants:
- Go to Organization → Locations
- Click Add Location
- Configure the new location
- Billing automatically adjusts
Tip
Each location has its own subdomain and can be configured independently.
Cancelling
If you need to cancel:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of the billing period
- Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
Stripe Connect (For Events)
To collect payments for events, connect a Stripe account:
Go to Settings → Billing
Under Payment Collection, click Connect Stripe
Complete the Stripe onboarding process
You can now accept payments for ticketed events
Event payments go directly to your connected Stripe account, minus a small platform fee.
