Privacy Policy
This policy explains how tableyeah collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through our websites, mobile apps, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide and secure tableyeah, including:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, login details, role, and the restaurant accounts you can access.

- Content you provide, including restaurant branding, product or event images, support requests, and other files or communications you upload.
- Device and usage information, such as device type, app version, screens and features used, interactions, diagnostic information, and push notification tokens.
The app requests camera access only when you use the gift-card QR scanner and photo-library access only when you choose to upload an image. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, at your direction, or when required by law. This may include sharing with service providers that support authentication, hosting and data storage, analytics, notifications, email or text messaging, and payment-related services. Those providers may process information only for the services they provide to us.
Restaurant administrators and authorized staff can access information associated with their restaurant. If a restaurant uses tableyeah to manage guest information, that restaurant is responsible for how its staff uses that information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect tableyeah and its users. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can update certain account and restaurant information in tableyeah, manage app permissions in your device settings, and change notification preferences in the app. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Restaurant guests should generally direct privacy requests to the restaurant that collected their information. We will assist our restaurant customers with those requests where required.
Children's privacy
tableyeah is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
